The Flaky Tart
is the creative expression of Madelaine
Sperry, former
pastry chef of The Rosedale Golf Club.
She has always insisted on the highest quality ingredients,
as everything
must taste as good as it looks.
Madelaine
started baking at a very young age with her
mother and
continued her education in Toronto and Italy.
Today she creates and builds tasty pieces of art that both
satisfy her creativity and her passion for the business.
